Pandafeet.com website is owned and operated by Finnish company “VERKKOKAUPPA OLIO OY”. By placing an order you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

1. Payments and Prices
All prices on Pandafeet.com are in Euros and include 24% Finnish VAT. Customers outside EU VAT region will get VAT-free prices on checkout page. Paying in non-Euro currencies may be subject to currency exchange fees.
Pandafeet.com offers several different payment methods which vary by country. Orders are processed only after succesful payment.

1.1 Visa / Mastercard / Amex
Visa, Mastercard and Amex credit card and debit card payments are available to all countries.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (“Stripe”) payment service and no credit card information is stored by us.
Paying in non-Euro currencies may be subject to currency exchange fees.

1.2 Paypal
Paypal payments are available to all countries. Customers can pay their orders by funds in Paypal account or by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit cards or debit cards.
Paying in non-Euro currencies may be subject to currency exchange fees.

1.3 Sofort Banking
Sofort Banking is instant online bank transfer service available to customers from Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy and Spain.
Customers can securely pay their orders in real time from their bank account on Sofort website.

1.4 iDEAL
iDEAL is instant online bank transfer service available to customers from Netherlands. Dutch customers can securely pay their orders in real time from their bank account.

1.5 Bancontact Mister Cash
Bancontact Mister Cash is instant payment service available to customers from Belgium. Customers from Belgium can securely pay their orders online using Mister Cash

1.6 Paytrail / Suomen Verkkomaksut
Paytrail / Suomen Verkkomaksut is instant payment service available to customers from Finland. Customers can pay their orders using Finnish online banks or using common credit cards and debit cards.

Payments with Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. In payments made with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant.
Paytrail Oyj is an authorized Payment Institution.

Netbanks
Paytrail Oyj (FI2122839) provides netbank related payment transfer services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For consumer the service works exactly the same way as traditional web payments.

1.7 Advance SEPA Bank Transfer
Advance SEPA bank transfer is available in every country. After completing your order you will receive bank account details for manual bank transfer. You are required to pay the full amount in euros. Please write your order number on the bank transfer message field.
Customers paying in non-Euro currencies are responsible for any possible currency exchange and bank transfer fees.
Please also note that products will be shipped only after clearance of funds and manual bank transfer may add 1-2 extra business days to processing time.

1.8 Bitpay
Bitcoin payments via Bitpay are available in every country. After completing your order you will be redirected to Bitpay website to pay your order in Bitcoins.
2. Shipping
At the moment we are shipping to all EU countries and selected few other countries, which are at the moment Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Serbia. All orders are shipped for free in standard envelopes and no tracking codes are provided. If you want your order tracked or want to use another shipping method, please contact us before ordering.

1.9 Trustly Instant Bank Transfer
Trustly instant bank transfer is available on selected countries. Customer can pay their order instantly via online bank account.

2.1 Delivery Time
Delivery time is usually 1-6 working days and vary by country. For more detailed delivery time information, visit “Frequently Asked Questions” page. Please note stated delivery times are only estimates based on research results and those time frames are not guaranteed. In individual cases delivery periods may be longer, please allow a few extra days before contacting us about not receiving your order.

2.2 Damaged and Missing Orders
If the products are damaged during shipping, contact us immediately. For missing orders, please allow few extra days after expected delivery date before contacting us. Returned orders due to incorrect or invalid address will be refunded minus shipping and handling fees.

3. Customer Service
Pandafeet.com offers customer service by contact form, email, phone and SMS messages. Customer service is offered in English and in Finnish. By ordering, you agree to handle customer service issues, like returning items, in either in English or in Finnish.

4. Privacy Policy
“Verkkokauppa Olio Oy” is the company running Pandafeet.com website.
To be able to process and ship the orders, we need to store some of your personal information.
Any personal information you provide to us including and similar to your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and IP address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Verkkokauppa Olio Oy.
All payments are processed by external websites and no credit card information, bank account information or any other financial information is stored by Verkkokauppa Olio Oy.

4.1 External Sites.
Verkkokauppa Olio Oy is not responsible for the content of external internet sites. You are advised to read the privacy policy of external sites before disclosing any personal information.

4.2 Cookies
A “cookie” is a small data text file that is placed in your browser and allows Verkkokauppa Olio Oy to recognize you each time you visit this site(customisation etc). Cookies themselves do not contain any personal information, and Verkkokauppa Olio Oy does not use cookies to collect personal information.

5. Return Policy
Customer has right to cancel the order and return unused and sellable products to get full refund minus shipping fees. Return must be done within 14 days of receiving the order. Contact us for more return information.

6. Liability
Verkkokauppa Olio Oy is not responsible for any damage direct or indirect to any other product or personnel resulting from the use of the products we sell.
Using protective accessories does not guarantee protection against damage.

7. Applicable law and disputes
Verkkokauppa Olio Oy operates in accordance with the laws in force in Finland. All disputes that cannot be solved by mutual agreement, shall be solved in the district court of Pori, Finland.
